Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was thought to be to be one of the top athletes. At the 2016 Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at the same Games as well as the first gymnast to earn three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles was born within Spring Texas, in the Houston metro region. She and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics when she was when she was six years old in a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach for the following eleven years. Biles achieved a silver medal at vault in 2010 and a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to elite-level competitions in 2011. Two years later, she was a dominant competitor in the sport. Biles stood out for her consistently high performance and exuberant personality as well as the difficulty of her routines in all four events including vault, uneven bars and balance beam.
