Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. Thus becoming one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with the result. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against the best athletes. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Four or three supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
